Ageing affects each area of the face differently. Our Targeted Lift Procedures are designed to address specific zones - the brow, cheeks and neck - with focused precision. These surgical lifts restore structure and harmony to your facial features, helping you regain a lifted and well-rested appearance while maintaining your natural expressions.

Targeted Lift Procedures:

Brow Lift

A surgical procedure that refreshes the upper face by lifting sagging brows, smoothing forehead wrinkles, and restoring a naturally alert, youthful expression.

    • Your eyebrows have dropped, creating a heavy or tired look

    • You experience hooding of the upper eyelids due to brow descent

    • You have deep forehead lines or frown lines that don’t improve with non-surgical treatments

    • You want to rejuvenate the upper third of your face with long-lasting results

    • You’re looking for a subtle lift to the brow tail and temple area for a more open, rested appearance

  • A brow lift addresses the visible signs of aging in the upper face by elevating the brow position and smoothing dynamic expression lines. The procedure lifts the tissues that have descended over time, reduces forehead creases, and softens frown lines between the eyebrows.

Using refined surgical techniques such as endoscopic instrumentation or shorter, temporal incisions discreetly hidden within the hairline, the brow lift restores facial balance while preserving natural movement and expression.

    This treatment can:

    • Elevate low or drooping eyebrows

    • Reduce the appearance of forehead wrinkles and vertical frown lines

    • Open up the eye area and reduce upper eyelid hooding

    • Create a softer, more youthful upper face contour

  • The procedure is typically performed under general anaesthesia or local anaesthesia with sedation. Most brow lifts are done as outpatient procedures, but an overnight stay may be required if combined with other facial surgeries.

Through small incisions placed behind the hairline, either across the scalp (endoscopic technique) or at the temples (temporal lift), the underlying tissues and muscles are adjusted or released. In some cases, the muscles responsible for deep frown lines may be partially removed for a more lasting result.

Sutures are used to secure the newly lifted position of the brow, and the incisions are closed with fine stitching.

    • Subtle yet significant rejuvenation of the upper face

    • A more open, refreshed, and youthful eye area

    • Reduced forehead creases and frown lines

    • Natural-looking results that can last 8–10 years or more

While light activity is possible within a day, most patients resume normal routines within 1–2 weeks. Mild swelling and bruising may occur but typically subside within 10–14 days. Results continue to refine over 6–8 weeks, with proper skincare and sun protection supporting a smooth recovery and long-term benefits.

Cheek Lift

A midface rejuvenation procedure that restores youthful contour, softens tear troughs, and lifts sagging cheeks for a fresher, naturally elevated appearance.

    • You have lost cheek volume or midface fullness due to aging

    • You notice sagging skin creating tear troughs or malar bags

    • You feel your midface appears sunken, tired, or flat

    • You are seeking a long-lasting alternative to dermal fillers

    • You want to restore youthful projection and definition to the cheeks

  • Also known as a midface lift, the cheek lift is designed to reposition sagging facial tissues and restore the natural height and contour of the cheeks. As we age, the fat pads in the midface descend, leading to volume loss under the eyes and deepening of the nasolabial folds.

This procedure targets those structural changes by lifting the underlying soft tissues and, when needed, re-draping the skin for a smoother, firmer midface. The result is a subtle yet significant improvement that enhances facial harmony without looking overdone.

    This treatment can:

    • Elevate the cheek fat pads to restore midface volume

    • Reduce the appearance of tear troughs and nasolabial folds

    • Soften malar bags or under-eye puffiness

    • Improve cheek contour and youthful projection

  • Usually performed under general anaesthesia, the cheek lift is an outpatient procedure unless combined with additional surgeries, in which case an overnight stay may be recommended.

Through discreet incisions, often placed along the lower eyelid or within the hairline, the underlying cheek tissues are repositioned to their original, more youthful location. In some cases, the skin is also gently re-draped to ensure a smooth and natural finish.

Stitches are carefully placed to support healing and minimise scarring.

    • Naturally lifted cheeks and softened midface features

    • More defined cheekbones and less hollowness under the eyes

    • Long-lasting rejuvenation that typically turns back the clock 8–10 years

Initial swelling and mild bruising are expected but usually subside within 10–14 days. Most patients return to normal activity within 1–2 weeks, with final results becoming visible over 4–6 weeks. Ongoing sun protection and a tailored skincare routine will help maintain the lift and enhance your long-term outcome.

Neck Lift

Refines and restores the neck contour by tightening skin and muscle, reducing fat, and smoothing signs of aging beneath the chin and along the jawline.

    • You have loose, wrinkled, or crepey neck skin

    • You notice sagging muscle bands or a “turkey neck” appearance

    • You have a double chin or excess fat beneath the jawline

    • You’re seeking a defined jaw and neckline without looking overdone

    • You want a long-lasting solution to neck aging or familial heaviness

  • A neck lift, or lower rhytidectomy, targets visible signs of aging in the neck and jawline by addressing sagging skin, excess fat, and muscle laxity. While some patients may benefit from liposuction alone if their skin retains good elasticity, others require more comprehensive tightening for a sculpted, youthful neck.

    This treatment can:

    • Remove excess fat under the chin and along the neck

    • Tighten underlying platysma muscles to reduce banding

    • Smooth sagging or wrinkled neck skin

    • Define and rejuvenate the jawline contour

    • Subtly refine your overall profile

  • Neck lifts are usually performed under general anaesthesia as outpatient procedures. If combined with other facial surgeries (such as a facelift or eyelid lift), an overnight stay may be recommended.

Through discreet incisions placed behind the ears and within the natural crease under the chin, the surgeon accesses the underlying tissues. Fat may be sculpted or removed via liposuction, muscles are tightened, and loose skin is carefully re-draped and trimmed to restore youthful tension.

Stitches are placed to support healing, and the incisions are well-concealed in natural contours.

    • A firmer, smoother neck with improved definition

    • Reduction of jowls, heaviness, or a double chin

    • A youthful contour that can last years

Initial swelling and bruising are expected and subside within the first week. Most patients return to light daily activities after 5–7 days, with results continuing to refine over the next 4–6 weeks.

To preserve results long-term, a stable weight, skincare, and consistent sun protection are essential. While natural aging will continue, the improvements from a neck lift are typically enduring.
