Tier 1: Upper Face & Midface
The closest procedure to a classic ponytail lift or endoscopic brow lift. Tier 1 lifts the upper face and midface endoscopically, with the lower face and neck treated non-incisionally. Every incision sits within the hairline, so there is nothing visible. Best for patients in their 30s and early 40s noticing early brow descent, midface flattening, or loss of definition through the cheeks. The patients who want to get ahead of ageing rather than respond to it.
Tier 2: Upper Face, Midface + SMAS Lower Face & Neck
Tier 2 extends the endoscopic lift with a SMAS-level correction of the lower face and neck. Professor Ghanem works directly on the muscular SMAS layer to lift the jowls and redefine the jawline, the most comprehensive version of the ponytail-lift approach. Tier 4: Full Deep Plane Face & Neck with Anterior Approach
The most comprehensive tier. Tier 4 carries the deep plane technique through the full face and the anterior neck, addressing jowls, neck laxity, platysmal banding and central neck definition in one composite lift. Best for patients in their late 50s and 60s seeking a full structural reset, particularly where neck laxity or anterior banding is a primary concern.
The Technique Behind It
Every tier of the Snatched Lift™ begins with the same endoscopic work on the upper face and midface. Using a fibre-optic camera and incisions hidden entirely within the hairline, Professor Ghanem lifts the brow, temples and cheeks with no visible scars. This is the part patients recognise as the ponytail lift: a gently pulled-upward look, brows elevated, cheekbones refined.
From there, the lower face and neck are addressed according to the tier, ranging from a non-incisional approach, to a SMAS-level lift, to a full deep plane release of the facial retaining ligaments. The deeper the technique, the more advanced the ageing it can correct, and the longer the result lasts.
